Recommended Substrate Conditions:
- Concrete and other cement based materials must be sufficiently dry (max.

- If the surface reacts alkaline flush with sweet water until neutral.
- Lime containing plasters or materials should be neutral, if reacting alkaline
flush with sweet water until neutral.
- All other surfaces should be clean, free from dirt, dust and any other contamination.
- Repair of the substrate should be done by a lime free filler ( Plastoni Concrete Filler ), then one coat of Plastoni Clear Plastofix.

Trowel application : Apply the plaster with the trowel in one thick coat. The grains determine the
thickness of the coat. As soon as a substrate of 2 – 4 m2 has been applied, it

without pressurizing. It is advised to let larger areas be applied by one person
and structured by another.

LIQUID STONE
Description:
Very high quality structured finish based on a dispersion of a dry Acrylic-Copolymer resins among others filled with white quartz sand, natural stone and white cement. It can be applied on any kind of concrete.
Surface and Product Preparation:
- Backings must be sound, clean, dry and of good alignment.
- Mix before using the material. Add 4 to 5 ltrs of clean water for
each bag. Mix for five minutes and let the product rest for an
additional 5 more minutes.
- The mixing time and the quantity of water added for each bag must
be the same in order to prevent differences in color and texture.
- Avoid the application of the material on very hot, sunny days or in
presence of strong winds.
- Do not work at temperatures below + 10 degree C.
Application:
Apply the product after mixing it in one thick coat of 17 mm. After waiting 3 to 8 hours for the product to become hard, it must be shaped with a special trowel in order to achieve its final look ( 8 to 14 mm ). A special trowel is needed for every required texture.

SEALER PRIMER
Definition:
Plastoni Sealer is a polyvinyl interior emulsion primer, excellent for all base paints.
Plastoni White Sealer is for use where multicolored lacquers are to be applied. It is excellent for sealing patched areas in old painted walls, to prevent “ flashing “ or “spotting “ in the finish coat.

PLASTO WALL
Description:
Plastoni Plasto Wall is an acrylic smooth mat finish for interior use. It is nearly odorless, provides good hiding power, and is easily applied on new or previously painted surfaces.
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be painted must be free of dust, mildew, dirt, grease, loose paint, oil, glue size, calcimine, wax, soap and other surface contaminants. Patch irregularities with Plastoni Plasto 1 and Plasto 2 putty or an appropriate patching compound.
Application:
Dilute with water up to 25 % of the total volume and stir well. Apply by brush, roller, paint pad or air spray. For brush application, fully load the brush and apply liberally and evenly. Avoid overspreading.
Viscosity has to be adapted with cold water, for each system chosen.
The tools must be cleaned properly with water and soap, before drying.

Surface Preparation:
On unpainted steel : Eliminate completely non adherent mill scale and rust with a steel brush or by sand blasting Degrease with a thinner or a water less Degreasing agent.
On prepainted wood : Remove all the non adherent part, touch up bare spots with antirust primer, then apply the Undercoat, rub with a sand paper before finishing with two enamel coats.
Application Information:
Equipment recommended for application is roller cotter with a rubber cover.
Air spray : Add from 20 to 25 % thinner nozzle 1.8 to 2 mm.

Surface preparation:
On unpainted steel : Eliminate completely non adherent mill scale and rust with a steel brush or by sand
blasting Degrease with a thinner or a water less Degreasing agent.
On galvanized surfaces : A wash primer ( zinc chromate ) has to applied first to obtain a smoothly prepared surface.
On prepainted wood or : Remove all the non adherent part, touch up bare spots with antirust primer, then apply
metal an Undercoat, rub with a saand paper before finishing with two enamel coats.
Application information:
Equipment recommended for application is roller cotter with a rubber cover.
Air spray : Add from 20 to 25 % thinner nozzle 1.8 to 2 mm.
Pressure : 0.3 to 0.4 MPa ( 3 to 4 at. ).
Air less gun : Add from 8 to 12 % thinner nozzle 0.013 inch.
Pressure : 12 MPa ( = 120 at. ).
Brush : With a soft long brush.
The tools must be cleaned properly with thinner or cleaning solvent before drying.

TWO PACK EPOXY
Description:
Plastoni Two Pack Semi - Gloss finish is a premium quality Alkyd based semi-gloss product formulated for concrete, steel, non ferrous metal and asbestos metals. It is suitable where a heavy duty and chemical resistant coating is required. Ideal for heavy traffic areas. It possesses excellent abrasion and impact resistance.
Surface Preparation:
All surfaces must be cured, firm, dry and cleaned free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax, chalky or loose paint, rust, loose mill scale, bond breakers and curing compounds, efflorescence, asphalt stains, mildew or any other contamination or condition that would adversely affect the performance of the coating. Sand glossy, glazed or dense surfaces. Fill holes and surfaces irregularities with a suitable patching compound to match the surface profile.
Concrete Floors: Follow general surface preparation guidelines. Allow concrete to cure for at least thirty days before coating. Blast or acid etch followed by a thorough rinse with fresh water. Allow to dry.
Application:
The Base and Activator should be mixed together before application. The mixture must be coated within one and a half hours. Two coats are recommended for maximum protection, diluting the first coat with up to 15 % of Thinner. Suitable for application by brush, spray or a roller.
Drying Time: To hard: 12 h.
To recoat: 16 h. minimum.
Coverage : 7 to 10 square meters / liter.

WATER PROOF ( white )
Description:
Water Proof is a pure acrylic paint for a new range of water proofing products. It covers well, easy to apply and very economic.
Non chalking, Waterproof, Non yellowing and Weatherproof.
Limitation:
Do not apply only a single coat as screen protection for severe climatical conditions. We recommend two coats of this product to assure the maximum protection.
Application Information:
Equipment recommended for application are roll coater with a lamps wool cover.
Air spray : Pistol nozzle 2.5 m.m to 3 m.m.
Pressure : 0.3 to 0.5 Mpa ( = 3 to 5 at ).
Airless gun : Rectangular big size brush.
Viscosity has to be adapted with cold water foe each system chosen.
The tools must be cleaned properly with water and soap before drying.
Shelf life : 24 months and more in unopened cans.

WATER REPELLENT
Description:
Water – Repellent treatment is defined as the treatment of mineral substrates, especially facades of fair – faced masonry and cement, with hydrophobic impregnating agents. The purpose of water – repellent treatment is to protect exposed facades from moisture and attendant damage by applying a colorless, non – film – forming agent which prevents capillary uptake of water and the aggressive substances dissolved therein.
Plastoni Water - Repellent produces excellent results on almost all absorbent mineral substrates. Particularly worth mentioning are its resistance to alkalis, its good penetration power and its outstanding beading effect.
It contains a condensation catalyst, the hydrophobic, densely cross linked silicone resin forms within a few hours, even on non – alkaline substrates.
